Ladies, come and try Morris dancing for an evening. No experience required and no obligation to join. We are open to new Female dancers and Musicians of either sex.
Fleet Morris offers a great opportunity to meet together and join in with our traditional dances which we display at pubs, festivals, community events locally and further a field.
Morris dancing is a great social environment where during the summer we meet up with other Morris dance sides at local pubs during the week and at weekend events at festivals around the wider area such as Swanage, Wimborne, Oxford etc.
We practice at Grange Community Junior School, Wren Way, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 8TA on a Tuesday evening (7.45pm) and we are looking for new members as dancers and musicians.
All ladies are over 18 are invited to come along to one of our practices on a Tuesday where you will be assured of a warm welcome.
Fleet Morris dancers are all female, musicians can be male or female and preferably play melodeon, fiddle or accordion.
